RETURN POLICY
Dear Customers:
Lotson Electronic Limited only accepts the following return refund requests:
1). The parts can be returned if the customers detect any quality issue within 60 days after the shipping date.
2). The parts can be returned if the customers detect the shipped parts are not the unused & original parts within 180 days after the shipping date.
Please contact your sales representative and prepare to provide relevant information, including:
* A copy of one of the following: Invoice, Date of Shipment, PO Number, or Sales Number.
* A brief description of the problem for the return.
* For returning defective products, please provide relevant reports from the authoritative testing organization to help us review the returning information. All materials/ information for returns will be audited for validity prior to the authorizing return.
* Some products may require return directly to the manufacturer. All items must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Contact a sales representative for a Return Materials Authorization Number and addressing instructions prior to returning product. Any ESD sensitive product returned that has not been handled properly will not be eligible for credit.
Please note that the return freight charges must be prepaid by customer. The COD shipments is not acceptable.
Please note that the following situations can’t be applied to our warranty:
1). In the case of customer take a wrong usage, and cause problems by modification or disassembly.
2). Problems caused by natural disasters such as fires, flood damage, and lightning strikes.
3). After the purchased product is resold to a third party, it is attributable to the customer if it is faulty or damaged due to carelessness, error or other reasons, or if it fails or is damaged in combination with other products; Failure/damage caused by natural disaster/fire failure/damage and connection to unspecified power supply (voltage, frequency) or other external factors is not included in the 180-days warranty.
4). We do not take any responsibility for indirect damage caused by product failure. In addition, please be clear about this: any damage caused by intentional or significant negligence, or mechanical moving components, etc., is not covered by the warranty.
5). We do not make compensation for the loss due to the product delivery delays, accidents, purchased goods do not meet the customer's purpose, useless, compatibility issues, failures, etc.
6). Social damage (loss of business profits, business interruption, etc.), information loss, financial loss, personal injury, and the costs associated with recovery (maintenance costs, installation costs, handling costs, transportation costs, communication costs, transportation costs, processing fees, PC data recovery costs).
7). We are committed to providing accurate product information to our customers, but inevitably there are mistakes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information such as product descriptions and specifications. Please check the manufacturer's parameter information again to ensure the correctness of the purchase.
