Lotson's quality practices include vendor evaluation and approval, followed by formal visual inspection of incoming product from the outer packaging inward. Parts that pass visual inspection may move on to the next level of inspection.
We use in-house lab resources to confirm product quality, origin, and conformity. Include decapsulation, chemical testing, x-ray testing, x-ray fluorescence, microscopic inspection, solderability testing, counterfeit IC testing, C-SAM acoustic microscopic inspection, bond/shear strength testing, and functionality testing for a range of components.
Quality Testing
Lotson already possesses a whole complete and strict set of testing standard, applies the most advanced inspecting equipment, dedicating to vetting all component sources and products.
All of the components are shipped to quality testing department where they are inspected and their provenance verified before entering inventory and being shipped to end-customers.
The majority of our orders are received into our quality controlled distribution hub in the Hong Kong and Shenzhen, where our highly trained and experienced quality inspectors carefully inspect and verify all parts prior to them being dispatched. Parts, packaging and labels are photographed and uploaded to our systems for full traceability.
We also work with White Horse Laboratories and GETS (Global Electronics Testing Services), the third-party test reports can be supported.
